Ok, bought this axe on impulse from a fellow softie this morning

Letting go a Shaman JPM Standard at just $500. Check out the specs here, where it sells for US$1,199 :

This is a really nice guitar for the money. Where else can you get a flamed maple top with mahogany body, a wilkinson bridge, locking tuners and SSH Alumitone pickups for just S$500?
Very easy to play, and the Alumitone pickups are really something.
Very good clear tones with great body from this guitar, great for sparkly cleans. The strat tones minus the noise!
Check out the pic of the back to see the heel joint. Great access to the higher frets.
Letting go of this as I would prefer a HH config, and I'm still looking around for a guitar with a tremolo/whammy as I need that for some songs I do with my band. Here's a list of possible trades :
- PRS SE Custom 24 (w tremolo)
- PRS SE Torero
- LTD H or M series models
Trade value at $550...
Or anything that has just 2 humbuckers, tremolo, good access to the higher frets, in the superstrat style, and preferably nothing too heavy in weight.
Or an 8 string

Also gave the guitar a good cleanup - old strings taken off to clean the fretboard properly. So that's why the pics are w/o strings. Will put on a fresh set soon.
