This pedal is about 2, coming to 3 months old.
This pedal can cover many ranges of tones from light blues to 80's Heavy Rock. Progressive gain range, with voltage ramping to increase headroom and dynamics. This pedal has a 2-band EQ, Bass and Treble to help you fine tune your frequencies. Comes with a voicing switch which enables 2 modes, ON - Increases Bass and Mid frequencies to produce a thick overtone. OFF - Slightly Scoops the Mids giving you a more British tones.
I've used this pedal for quite awhile now, I'm really impressed with its tone. This pedal stays quiet even though at max gain. Easy to dial in a good tone thanks to the 2-Band EQ.
This pedal can give quite a good lead sound, although its best to chain it with some pre-stacked gain or post-gain/clean boost. For post- gain/clean chain boosts, highly recommended to chain it with it's sister pedals, TC Spark Booster/MojoMojo overdrive, as it may not work so well with other boost pedals. At higher levels of gain, this pedal can give you some serious sustain and its very easy to get harmonics out of it. Highly recommended for rhythm works.
