Selling a Taylor 814ce with ES2 pickup, latest model.
Absolutely mint, almost brand new condition. Very lightly played on a few occasions.
The new 2014 Taylor 814ce is fully redesigned by Taylor Master Luthier Andy Powers. With new bracing, new finishing, new glue, etc. What I like best is the rosewood pickguard. You'll feel the guitar vibrating against your body while playing!
Generally acclaimed the sound of the new design with the new ES2 pickup are both superior to the previous generation. Taylor
ES2 use back piezo-electric transducer but moves away from the traditional under saddle position to a behind the saddle position. This is due to Taylor research showing the saddle rocking left/right instead of up/down. This ES2 pickup is also hotter than the previous ES1.
