I'm offloading my trusty 114CE, in hoping for an upgrade.
But I've to say upfront that the Taylor do have some parts that's faulty.
When the "Bass" knob on the preamp is turned up to 12 o'clock or more, it cuts the output. The "Volume" and "treble" tone knob works just fine. Meaning to say, you're able to plug in this guitar, but you probably got to boost the bass (if necessary) on your amp itself or just live with it.
Have brought the guitar down to Sinamex, quoted $280 for the repair (replacement of the entire expression system)
It sounds pretty decent unplugged too, so no worries if you're just gonna mic it up.
Looking for $800 for this guitar.
