WTS : Tanglewood SG (Cherry Red)

Selling a Tanglewood SG style guitar. Cherry Red colour, some scratches on the pickguard but the guitar itself is in excellent condition, i would rate it at about 9/10 in terms of cosmetics. It is well taken care of. No buckle rash.

I bought this new from TYMC last year. The neck pickup has been upgraded to Dimarzio 'D-Activator X Neck' (http://www.dimarzio.com/pickups/humbuckers/d-activator-x-neck), nut has been replaced with a bone nut and the control wiring has been changed to have a master volume control. This was all done at TYMC so you can be confident of the quality. Setup by them as well.

Knobs have been replaced with good quality ones as well.

I changed the strap pin location myself to the middle of the body (it was originally on the upper horn) as the balance is better this way.

Letting go as i wish to try out a Les Paul type body. Selling at $320 firm, or trade with an Epiphone Les Paul Special II with a bit of top up on your side.

No gig bag included but i will include the original neck pickup.

Btw the Dimarzio pickup really helps a lot in achieving a better balance in volume across all strings, compared to the original neck pickup which had pole pieces that were not too well aligned with the strings.
