Hi folks,
I’m quite unwilling to part with it as it has been a reliable instrument in my church and small group playing. Unfortunately, due to the lack of physical space in my house, I have to limit the number of guitars I own. For your information, Tacoma used to own its forestry. That explains the reason why the woods selected for their guitars are beautiful and unique. The stika used has very tight grains and silkings and it has matured to a light brown to complement the mahogany. The stika & mahogany have opened due to numerous hours of playing, regular tone-riting and dehumifying. The rawness, feel and resonance of this guitar are very similar to that of a Lakewood D-14 CP and what is most unbelievable is that, it is only half of its price! The tone is warm, has plenty of sustains and surprisingly loud! You can literally feel the resonance on the wood when you strum on it.
The pinholes are slotted and bridge pins have been upgraded to Martin Ebony with Pearl inlay for improved sustain and clarity, and a woodier tone. The aftermarket John Pearse armrest also enhances the volume, sustain and comfort of playing. To complete the aesthetic appeal, I will also include a customized MOP Dove inlay truss rod cover. As this is a player’s guitar, it also comes with some dings & scratches but that don’t affect the sound quality.
Looking to sell at only S$1.2K (neg) & it comes with a gig bag. As for trade, I’m only keen at acoustic/ acoustic electric guitars like Badens A-style or Rainsongs. Top-up from either side if necessary. No electric guitar please. If you are keen, please whatsapp or sms me at 9626 55 two zero. Testing near Buangkok MRT station. Thanks for viewing!
