Selling the above Washburn Acoustic WD30SCE
conditon 8/10 due to some cosmetic flaws (not structural)
caused by wear and use. (pictures of the flaws will come)

Features:

Dreadnought cutaway style
Solid Alaskan Sitka Spruce top
Quarter sawn (solid sitka spruce) scalloped bracing
Laminate Tamo Ash sides and back
Satin finished mahogany neck with two-way truss rod
White Ivoroid binding
Rosewood fingerboard and bridge
Bone nut and saddle
Gold die cast tuners
Fishman 501T preamp with on-board tuner

Bought from Davis Guitar this year, May.
Asking price: $450 (slightly nego)
Reason for selling: want a fingerstyle guitar
Included: basic guitar bag, capo and o-port.
Guitar already sent for setup.

pros:
solid top, with solid wood scalloped bracing
capable electronics
onboard tuner
visual appointments
unusual wood for back and sides
tone for price
affordability

cons:
only an entry level guitar
not very suitable for fingerstyle
some wear
fundamental tone may not appeal to some

Photos Added!
wanted to add photos of some minor flaws, but my camera couldn't pick up.
FYI, there is a tiny ding on the fretboard binding, beside the 7th-fret dot marker;
also, some pick rash on the gloss finish below the sound-hole (caused by strumming with pick)
distress on the gold tuners (included in pics)
finally, minor uneven cosmetic gloss finish at the lower bout, but almost invisible.
note: no damage done to any wood, be it scratch or ding.
