Hi all,
I've got an extremely early Skermetta (#004) for sale. It's the Standard model that Pete built while he was still at James Tyler guitars. This was the pre-cursor to the current R-200 model. The neck, tone and feel of the guitar is extremely similar to a Tyler.
This is a chambered piece so it's lightweight and toneful (if there's such a word). Extremely easy to play and sounds quite darn good. ONLY reason why I'm selling is because I need to thin the herd, otherwise there's no need to sustain a loss in selling this guitar. I've got the guitar setup recently by Mike at SV Guitars and he raves about it too. Changed out the capacitors to the Bareknuckle PIO ones and trust me, they make a huge difference. The minor but important mods would be yours to inherit.
I'm looking for only $3,000 and the only trades I would consider are for Tylers themselves. Reach me at 90073103. Many thanks!
Please refer to the full specs here (http://skermettaguitars.com/reserve-series/reserve-series-r-200/).
