I have 6 pieces of rockwool panels. Each piece of panel is made by encasing 2 slabs of 60kg/m3 120cm x 60xm x 5cm rockwool, totaling 10cm in thickness, in a custom wooden frame which I engaged a carpenter to make. The wooden frame adds about 2cm of thickness on all sides to the dimensions of the panel. So I would estimate the overall dimension of each panel to be 125cm x 65cm x 12cm.
I then wrap a 98% cotton cloth over the only side that is not covered by the wooden frame. The loose ends of the cloth are stapled securely to the back of the wooden frame using a staple gun.
My total cost in sourcing for the materials and the custom frame made by the carpenter cost me $450. I'm looking to let go of all 6 at $300.
