Selling a 1-month old PRS SE Custom 24, in tobacco burst finish. Bought new from Davis mid Feb 2013. Will include the receipt with the sale. Near-mint condition.
Installed with Grover locking tuners bought at $85 (iirc) from Davis. These tuners are a direct fit for the guitar, so no extra holes had to be drilled for the installation.
Letting go as I intend to switch over to an 8-string and I know this baby won't get much playtime once I do that.
Professionally setup by Malcolm. Some minor fret levelling was done to even out some of the frets. Plays beautifully now, with low action.
Previously I had put on a pair of Dimarzios, but I have since replaced the pickups with the original stock pickups to lower the selling price. Electronics wiring were all done by Beez.

Letting go at a good price of $650, considering what has went into the guitar. A new one from Davis costs $950, and this is just one-month old, pretty much mint condition, with upgrades/setup.
