changed the saddle to a compenate bone saddle
changed the bridge pins to john pearse bone bridge pins
removed the pick guard

They use single piece woods instead of plywood to copy an old martin design that retails for double the price
The cheaper labour costs means lower retail price
Received acclaim because one of the models the BR-160 was a good steal for its price and sounded really good
