This person above made a deal with me at a stipulated venue, date and time, but shortly before time of deal he postponed to a later time on the same day, disrupting my schedule as I made arrangements to meet him. Then, closer to the new time of deal he refused to reply 3 of my SMSes (1st SMS around 3 hours apart from 3rd SMS) and refused to answer 3 of my calls (he let the first call finish ringing but didn't pickup, and rejected my 2nd and 3rd calls), effectively wasting my time again as I had to reschedule to meet him at the later time only for him to back out irresponsibly.

Irresponsible buyers are a curse to soft

Update:

Above forum member arranged for his friend to deal on his behalf today and the deal has been transacted smoothly. His friend explained that the above forum member was not able to deal due to unforeseen circumstances. It's only fair to update about this so that people know that the forum member is committed to dealing that's why he arranged for his friend's help. Kudos to above member and his friend.
