SOLD WTS: Mcpherson 4.0 Madagascar Rosewood / Port Orford Cedar

Hi everyone,

I'm selling a 4.0 Mcpherson Madagascar Rosewood / Port Orford Cedar. Selling because I currently own another Madrose Mcpherson and I have another Mcpherson incoming.

This piece was bought by the original owner from Soundpure in Washington, USA. I am the second owner of this instrument. It has a warm deep bass and a rich tone, thanks to the madrose back and sides. very responsive as well when fingerpicked.

You get beautiful, beautiful quartersawn madagascar rosewood on this piece, which is rare by any measure today. Very reminiscent of brazillian rosewoods in both looks and tone.

I have upgraded the saddle to FMI from Jarvis but you do get 3 Buzz Feiten intonated bone saddles - these are original hand crafted stock from the factory.

The wait time for mcphersons are 6 months minimum today. They are a 11-man operation, with 6 who are full time builders and the other 5 doing admin / marketing. Mcpherson is essentially a custom shop churning out 150-200 per year.

A piece in this configuration costs US8200 today with no discounts whatsoever, since every Mcp is on consignment at dealers to enable them to maintain full price control. i am of course, selling it for much, much less. Send me a text if you are interested.

Awesome and honest seller .. Dealt several times with swiftz07 and had never a bad one. Be assured of quality stuff when buying from him. He has sold many many high end guitars and even repeat buyers come back. I personally tried this piece and would say i was hooked. Cut the long lead time if you r up for a McPherson like this.
