some further description on this guitar:
This guitar has a very fast neck with a soft v if you compare it to the other pieces with the same specs, so far the most comfortable neck for a martin guitar that i have played.
As for the sound, it is a small body guitar that sounds BIG. The resonance of this thing is quite phenomenal, you have to try it to believe it. It has quite a significant clarity in the highs for a martin while the bass is deep but not quite as boomy or strong as an OM or 000. The sustain for this guitar is also quite amazing, by far the longest i've heard from any martin guitar, at least for those that i have tried, and i have tried alot.
i have been playing this guitar regularly at home, so it has been seasoned as well as possible for close to 1 year. Its condition is not perfect, one ding on the sound board and some minor scratches on the back and sides, but over all it looks great and plays even better. I will throw in one set of Ernie ball earthwood phosphor bronze light strings, which is what i think is the best string for this guitar from my experiments so far. Though this is an older model and doesn't look as good as the newer models, this particular piece sounds quite apart.
pm me for further details or if you want to arrange for a try out. lowballers will be respectfully ignored.
cheers,
Dennis
