Year 2000. Signed by the team back then. I'm not sure of the exact team as I'm not a fan but I do know that players like Beckham, Giggs & Scholes signed it.
My aunt got it signed by them when she was working in Pepsi back when Manchester United did advertisements for them, thus there is no Certificate given but you can be assured that all the signatures are genuine.
