I have lost the box. So it's only line6 ux-2 itself. There is no cd or anything.

The software you need to download the latest from their web.

sorry didnt specify clearly, do not have box and cd. but of course still have the cable.

Price in amazon for this at $US200. I'm selling this for only $150.

Once you buy, I will give to you the user name and pass for line6 to download the softwares, as I am registered to line6.
