bought this for $1000 and i changed the pickups to Tesla AH-1 pickups on both neck and bridge position and sent for setup around a month ago. All installation and setup done professionally by Mike, SV. Total cost for upgrades and setup is almost $300.

I look at the back plate, headstock signature inlay, tuner, binding, was this guitar modified before? USD3K in ebay.

Edit: noted that you mentioned it is 'custom'. I am not sure if that is a replica or not, I absolutely make no claim here. Perhaps you can check with the guy who sold you this at 1k. I don't mean to harm anyone by posting this. Just to add some references to support good dealings here in Soft. Pls understand that my motivation is a positive one.

"Custom" = Replica? Your title thread and original post don't seem to say it's a "replica" or "copy" until others pointed that out. Your ambiguity leaves people guessing if it's a scam. Just saying.

replica must say replica. Good that you say it is replica now. I spent much of my time to check for authenticity, based on your inaccurate posting. wasted time.

2)

having said that, some replica can be of good value. must judge case by case, hands-on. I've heard high quality gibson replica that is very playable, for the very little money. So replica can still be applicable, provided that the price is ok.

This guitar was sold in Soft:

Selling or trading a custom order replica made by thai master guitar builder modeled after PRS Prism Al Di Meola signature guitar. Condition is still as good as new, i hardly have time to play with it thus selling it to make more rooms for other stuff.

nope,was crafted by a master luthier in thailand.
