I just upgraded to a smaller amp and wish to offload my Toneblaste 25R. This was my first amp and has served me well for 6 years without any problem at all.
Very reliable and sturdy. It can get surprisingly loud despite being a solid state amp and can even be used for small gigs! Also functions well as a bedroom practice amp. It takes your multi effects and pedals very well also.

Exterior condition : 8.5/10
Minus 1.5 for the brown stain on the amp grill see pics. It does not affect performance at all however. The rest of the amp is in very good condition. No rust/oxidation or whatever.
Functionality : 10/10
Fully functional. No problem with the jacks/pots/knobs/etc.

PLEASE NOTE!
I don't have the power adaptor anymore as I lost it while moving house a couple of years back.
This can be easily replaced though. You can them get from Sim Lim or Funan for under $10.
I used my computer's power cable to power the amplifier and it works perfectly fine.
