Hi all, looking to sell off my red Gibson SG (made in USA). I'm actually reluctant to sell it off but I need the money to fund for my part time studies.
I bought this SG in used condition from Ebenex back in July this year. Its a 2008 model. The previous owner, I presume, changed the stock tuners to black Grover tuners. The only mods I did to it was to change the stock black knobs to black hi speed ones (the pic below shows the stock knobs but I have since made the swap). I also changed the stock pots to Japanese 500k pots with orange drop capacitors. Setup with 10s with no fret buzz at all. Will include the stock knobs and stock Gibson pots as part of the deal.
The neck is pretty thick. The P90 pickups are great sounding (think The Who's Live At Leeds album). Sounds great clean and distorted. Physical condition I would say is 8/10, with a few dings but these can only be seen when light is shone on the body.
I'm looking to sell this for $900(fixed). No more negotiating. Will include a gig bag. I'm not keen in trades. If anyone is keen, please sms me at 93698542 ...pics are below for ur viewing pleasure..
