This set of pickups and pots/board were extracted from a brand new Gibson SGJ.

Pickups come fitted with a black cover as shown on the Gibson webpage :

An update - while packing the set this morning I realised that the earth wire for the neck pickup was dislodged. I have just got Beez to help solder it back. Good as new now.

Please note that underneath the black cover, the pickups do have pole pieces, but not the adjustable ones.
