Hi guys, selling the above in black. 2005 model. Playability 10/10. Condition not perfect (has a beautiful, slight relic look).
If you would quickly google this strat, you'll find that most of the reviews highly praise this strat.
On musiciansfriend (http://www.musiciansfriend.com/guit...ies-eric-johnson-stratocaster-electric-guitar), most of the reviews claim that this strat is the best they have ever played, some even better than ones from the custom shop.
Differences from a normal strat:
Quatersawn maple neck which not only produces arguably better tone and is a more stable kind of wood, looks stunning as well.
Neck is thicker, feels closer to a gibson, which allows the strat to produce the thick creamy tones associated with EJ himself.
No string trees, improving tuning by alot IMHO
Custom shop EJ pups wired to EJ's pref (tone knob closer to neck controls neck pup while the other knob controls bridge pup)
Musicians friend sells it for 1900USD --> around 2400SGD
Selling for 1900 only.
Looking for trades with martin acoustics. Willing to top up on my side if necessary.
Comes with a G&G hardcase, fender strap and a new set of strings.
