92 MIM Strat, I upgraded the bridge to a Callaham Bridge with a steel block (this increases sustain and tone) and swapped the pickups for lollar blondes (Low output, scooped - think John Mayer, Tom misch etc.)
The lollar blondes and the Callaham bridge are worth $400 and $250 respectively so the listed price is really fair. Will throw in a generic gig bag
