Doesn't come with any box. Just pedal on its own. Its more or less in perfect condition since its virtually indestructible.

The version is 2SV3. which is the latest version.
It likes to be first in the signal chain and cleans up very well. I mostly leave the orange channel on and just use the red channel for a good mid gain drive (if you tweak the internal gain trimpot, you can even get slightly fuzzy with a lot of low end).
Works great for both single coil and humbuckers as there's a knob that actually allows you to adjust the interaction of the pedal with either type of pickup.
