Hi guys i'm putting my alvarez acoustic for sale
Condition I would rate it 9/10

Back/Sides: Solid Rosewood (Back)
Top: Solid Englemann Spruce
Fingerboard: Rosewood
Fingerboard Inlay: 12 F Diagonal
Body Binding: Maple/Herringbone
Soundhole Rosette: Abalone
Fingerboard/Headstock
Binding: Maple
Tuning Machines: Gold Die Cast
Finish: Natural
I've recently setup the guitar, installed lr baggs anthem sl pickup and the guitar also comes with a FMI saddle.
Orginal Alvarez hardcase will also be included.
