I have an Alesis Multimix 12R letting go cheap at $50, the problem is that the faders have those static noises (not sure if due to dust) only when moved, if you are not moving the faders while recording/monitoring then it works great. What I do is set the volume for all channels and do not move the faders anymore including the master fader, then use the phones/monitor knob to regulate the volume for the monitor outs.
Cosmetic condition is really good.
