I have this pair of Alesis M1 Active 520 studio monitors.
A few weeks ago one speaker suddenly stopped sounding. I tried replacing a capacitor but did not work.
The other one is working perfectly and sound very good.
So you have a few options:
- To try repair the damaged one
- To buy a new one to pair with the working one
- To convert them in to passive speakers
- Up to you...
Letting them go at give away price $150.
(Retail price for a new pair is over 500)
