Condition is 8.5/10
Other than the small scratches due to frequent playing, it is fine.
The action is low but not so low that it has fret buzz.
Very comfortable to play!
It has a good loud sound projection.
The tone is nice too.
Includes free pack of strings (except g string cause I used it to restring the guitar)
Price can nego slightly for fast deal and collection directly from my blk.
