They are roughly 4x2ft in size, and 4inches in thickness. There is a 2inch air gap at the back for additional absorption of lower frequencies. According to the rockwool manufacturer's descriptions, they are effective down to 250hz; not considering the air gap which improves low frequency absorption.
They are $100 each, but the price is negotiable if bought in bulk (3 and above).
