This is a 100% authentic JAPANESE Tokai. Tokais nowadays are built in Korea and China. You can never get the playability of a Japanese Tokai in the newer models. This particular Tokai is a made-in-Japan for export to the UK, hence the dimple in the open-book headstock to prevent lawsuits. A brief search on the net will reveal only positive reviews about this particular model. It excels in both looks and playability. Sustain is superb. I dare say that this guitar plays just as well as my Gibson. The Quilted Oak top looks insane too!

Guitar has been set up by Beez about a month ago.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I'm forced to put this beautiful guitar up for sale. I'm letting this guitar go for SGD$1300 (slightly neg). If interested, do read up on this model. I'm sure you will only praises for this guitar.

Brief history of this guitar:

1) It was purchased in UK, hence the unique headstock dimple.
2) It was brought to Singapore last year and had its stock parts changed to gold hardware (all korean parts with generic brandless pickups. As long as it was gold, it was put on this guitar. It was all looks, but crappy sound.
3) Upon acquiring the guitar early this year, all hardware was changed back to chrome Gotoh Japan hardware. Pickups were replaced with the Slash Alnico in the neck and the Gibson Burstbucker in the bridge. All electronics and setup was done by Beez.
