Selling a black '92 Gibson Les Paul Studio with a rare black ebony fretboard. These were made for a few years in the early 90s. It's quite rare to find an ebony fretboard on a non-custom model black les paul.
Looks a bit dusty in this picture, but that's my harsh light, guitar is still very shiny and glossy in person.
Guitar has a few upgrades:
Tone Pros TPK Chrome Tulip tuners (higher quality tuners and matches the hardware better - original Gibson green key tulips also included).
Metal chrome pickup rings for that John Sykes vibe (original plastic black rings also included). Pickups themselves are the original Gibson 490R/498T.
Knobs switched to Gibson black/silver reflectors. (original black speed knobs also included)
Truss rod cover switched to a blank type (original Studio cover also included)
Comes with a very good SKB Les Paul hard flight case with TSA latches (worth $150). Original padded Gibson gig bag also included.
Includes original sales receipt and Gibson owner's manual.
Condition is excellent, few surfaces scratches here and there. Frets have plenty of life left. No buckle rash/dings/headstock problems etc.
