Wood for guitar body - soldering iron

anyone know were to get wood to build guitar body?
Does furniture shops sell?
Ikea maybe?
anyone knows?

8O imo, woods at ikea might/might not be strong enough to tahan the tension. though getting the body from any dealer would be a better option, why not experiment, try some timber merchants perhaps?

wah..soldering iron..even NTUC has them..not very hard to get hold of one..

Where to get good quality soldering lead? My lead isn't shiny and looks like crap, lol..though it works...

u dun have to get new ones brudder.. take some fine sandpaper and rub it along the leads.. it will do fine.

can be found at home fix or sim lim tower, asahi solder, rosin core, 60/40 alloy. Get the diameter 1mm type. One roll of this will last a long long time
