Roland unveiled the V-Piano during the recent NAMM Show. It's something never found in a hardware keyboard. Let's hope Roland will turn it into an ARX expansion for the Fantom G which I'm sure will be a hit.

Anyone knows which softsynth offers such similar technology?
I won't be surprised if the future of hardware synths would advance from emulating instruments sounds by wave sampling to the integrating of characteristics that make up an instrument...V-guitar, V-sax, V-woodwinds, etc?
