well, luther has an audio technica freeway 600 UHF...i use it and not much problem and i learnt my lesson to ALWAYS USE FRESH BATTERIES..i think it has a gd price fr a decent quality of a UHF set $360
oh ya gd idea to get 1...an alkaline can cost a bomb if i have to keep getting it thnx!..ya i think u shld get settled on ur gear 1st(unlike me who foolishly bought 1 b4 getting my sh**t ready)
hahha i tried this yesterday , i blasted my amp and then walked down to the basement(which is 4 floors down) started playing and when my maid came up to check and nag at me... boy she freaked out when she saw no one there hahha so i'd say its a good 50 meters minimum.
dont use wireless la later alot of problems, thus very expensive.. sekali later your guitar playing connected to a radio then it played on the radio ._.
modern receivers actually scan the air for a clear frequency first before locking on then you sync your transmitter with the set and you are good to go . No such interference i assure you hahah , none that i have experience and the freedom you get from it is priceless
it goes up to 500 meters i think but remember that sound travels slow so it might seem like a split second delay when you stand far away , its not the wireless , its just physics haha. Takes a bit of getting used to
