Why are keyboardists so difficult to find?

Looking for a keyboardist who can do Eng and Mandarin songs to complete the jamming setup of a lead/bass/drummer with a few vox. Would be great if you can sing too.

Not asking for a Lady Gaga or Elton John or Bruce Hornsby but should be able to do covers of signature keyboard bits of songs just by listening to them. Lead / Bassist can cover the rest of the rhythming if required.

Unfortunately I had sold my keyboard send to Indonesia.
Think should be not much problem for key..guitar .. and sing..
