cubase..i'm considering Cubase as well, no idea if LE is good enough...

or need studio4 or the full version etc..

Personally I'm considering the following. Too bad they all cost more than I can afford.

1) Steingberg Nuendo 3
2) Ableton Live 6
3) Cakewalk SONAR 6 Producer Edition

Any local reviewers? Thanks in advance!

What are you trying to achieve? You may find that you would not use most of the features in Sonar Producer, even though it is the highest end product on their line. Depending on what you want to do, you may be able to get your workflow done on, say, Sonar Home, which is way cheaper than the Producer and Studio Editions.
