Which should i get? LP standard or black beauty?

Hi guys, i've been wanting to get a new guitar for quite a while.

What i have in mind is the Epiphone Les Paul Standard (black)

But a friend of my suggested the epiphone black beauty.

I dont know much about either model

can anyone tell me a bit more about those 2?
i want to make up my mind as soon as my exams are over next month, thanks :mrgreen:

the Black Beauty has 3 pickups instead of the traditional 2. So you would have more options when it comes to tone.

Another difference would be the aesthetics. BB is basically a custom which has gold hardware (pickups, tuners, bridge etc) while the standard is chrome.

Price is also different. BB is more expensive. Should call SweeLee to check.

wat u should do most importantly is go check it out...go play both see u prefer the different tones a bb produce or u just like plain rock n roll guitar standard...for me i would say check out Gr3y's shop for his purple haze les paul, it's hendrix in a les paul...u got to respect tat!!! cheerssssss
