OK here are my totally biased and highly subjective choices.
Best Drummer: DAREN GOH (Vertical Rush) - yes, its because i play in the same band with this guy. i swear he reads minds.
Best Bassist: Joshua Wan. Nuff said.
Best Guitarist: Simon (Zero Sequence) tied with Shaun Soh (Sky In Euphoria / Winterhalter). Great guitarists in their own right, versatile players, extremely creative and passionate about their craft. And of course dead humble. Special mention to DONG from astroninja. he's got some pretty sick chops and fierce tone. DONG IS TEH R0XX0RZ. I want to have his babies.

Most Underrated Guitarist: Jon Chan (yes, that one) - everyone's up about his vocals, but no one knows that he's a killa guitarist. he's totally unflashy live, but having played with him for the past 5-6 yrs or so... that guy has some SICK chops. plus his rhythm is killa - i don't know anyone else who can lock into a groove like he does.

Leslie Low (The Observatory) - nothing too fancy but he's a killer songwriter
Ahmad (Silhouette, Tinkerbell's Open Cascade)
Shreejan (lagen) - very unknown band and guitarist. but he's awesome.
Pann (Concave Scream)
Choo Chen (Tinkerbell's Open Cascade) - No flash, just great riffs and easy to work with
Jem (Amateur Takes Control) - smart guitarist. very well taught through riffs

daren sky in euphoria/vertical rush.sick crazy drummer.
ian the fire fight.beautiful control and chops.
junaidi dear arson,AUM and i think he got tonnes of bands.energetic,creative,hard hitter!
bassist,
kaycee caracal.nothing fancy,just tight,good backup vocals,great stage presence and tight bass tone!
the guy from b quartet.very tight,awesome bass lines and reminds me of the roots.
john helms sky in euphoria.love his presence
the new march12 bassist.i think he's really awesome,groovy and technical.
desmond electrico.their new album,his bass lines really stands out so kudos to him.

daniel sasoon.ex electrico.IEHAC.all round player.it shows in IEHAC songs's.
adel and jem Amateur takes control.catchy and awesome riffs unlike other instrumental bands here.they compliment each other really well.
bquartet duo.although they chilled down abit on their new record,no doubt bout it they are both killer guitarist.
ahmad silhouette.another killer guitarist.riffs that he wrote for the band is super unique.very different.
field caracal.i think this guy is underrated.check him out.i dont know what to say besides killer.
i got tonnes more of my fav local guitarist,bassist drummer and what knots but these are just few of my favs.ty.
