Which is the most suitable guitar??

HI!!Can i noe what brand and model of guitar are suitable for playing heavy metal like metallica, iron maiden etc... My budget is below $700..Can u guys recommend me??Tell me the specific brand and model..

hmmm for $700 you could gnerally try either ibanez or LTD by ESP. I supposed you missed the swee lee sale? Too many models out there which are suitable. I suggest you go try out yourself =) LTDs are available at Davis and ibanez almost anywhere but mostly swee lee.

Note: I believe kirk hammett has an ESP signature model.

on the OTHER hand, james Root from Slipknot uses a FlatHead Telecaster, but i doubt we can find those here in Singapore, cause they have like what, 20 made?? haha!~

Hmmm i would say, the RG series maybe?? they're the most popular series i think, and i just love the Edge inlays!!

Umm mines the Gothic epiphone explorer, i use it to play metallica and slipknot stuff cause it just gets me in the mood, u know.. James hetfield plays ESP ones though...

its less than 800 got mine sometime last year...

its a setneck, none of that bolt on crap..(not saying bolt-ons are crap, just not a BOLT on explorer..)
