Which guitar shop does custom guitar paint job and repairing my guitar ?

Hi, basically, i want to know is there any guitar shop that does custom paint job? how much does it cost roughly? I was planning to get a blood splat custom paintjob just like Dan Jacobs from atreyu. I really love his design.
And how much do they charge for repairing back my guitar. The thing is,

1) i did the paintjob my self (stupid me) and i think i did some wrong steps so the surface is now ruin.

2) I solder the wiring myslef so i keep having this electric buzz. So i think it should be due the my wrong wiring.

So i was wondering do any guitar shops take this type of service? Repairing back my guitar. - Its a ibanez gio lefthand model. So basically i need a new (professional) paint job. And also do the proper wiring back

I don't really want to burst your bubble but I think the job would cost you a new guitar. You'd be better off getting a new one. Judging from the amount of work and time that has to be spent, trust me save up for the real deal.

If it really means that much, & you're willing to spend more than what the guitar itself cost, then go ahead!
