Which Gibson SG to choose?

The newer SGs are all marketing gimmicks... and they do look ugly, the menace is just ...... ugly....

i agree that the gibson sg's are just getting uglier and uglier.. the goddess and menace and whatever else is just so freaking ugly.. the colour sucks big time.. and the design..

the normal gibson sg's are the best, and the angus young one rocks my socks off...

Hmm.

haha.. yeah.. I dun really get the latest models.. which have that full-body mirror pickguard. that's crap, IMO.

that said.. the tremolo on the Angus Young SG is meant only for subtle depression.. not vai-like usage. that's what vintage termolos are for... gentle usage. And anyway, Angus rarely uses that bit of equipment (live or not) because his finger vibrato is already so frickin power. I only saw him use it a little in an AC/DC DVD I got.. the No Bull one.
