I don't think there's any place that will take in your guitar regardless of condition. I mean, they all operate on a case-by-case basis. But for a guitar that isn't too resellable, and is still functional, and you don't really care how much you get back in cash, your best bet is probably Cash Converters. Otherwise try the Salvation Army? :S

Depends on the guitar brand too. But if you expect to sell a guitar in poor condition that was bought first hand for 50 - 100 dollars, don't expect anything. As in it probably won't be easy to sell to 2nd hand shops or anywhere really.
