Bring it back to the shop you bought it from. I brought my pedal back to Davis and the guy did a wonderful job explaining why it is spoilt and how the problem should be rectified (surprisingly good service from Davis as I haven't seen such good customer service from them for a really long time). Unless the shop you bought it from cannot repair the pedal then you can try the numerous places that will offer that service.
