where to print my own designs on a T-Shirt

I don't care about cost too..

They should be able to do a single pretty quickly. I would anticipate an extra charge for the rush job. You'll want to ensure that your design is in the right graphic format, TIFF and in a suitably high dpi (300dpi should do) and in the correct dimensions.
That's the only location I know.

I can't recall the store's name. Come to think of it, there are two stores there that do something like this. If you head on to the 3rd floor and ask the shop-folks there, I am sure that they will point you to the right direction.

As mentioned, ensure that your artwork is up to scratch.

Chikos at Far East Plaza Level 3 is as detailed as it gets... doubt any of us can remember the unit number.

Graffiti Imprint. Used to have an outlet in Funan but not sure where it moved to. The only other outlet i know of is currently at Jurong point, top floor, next to food court.
