Where to get my Double Pedal repaired?

Hey guys,

I am in total heartache now. This morning, i found out my Vari-Pitch beater holder in my Tama Iron Cobra rolling glide broke. =(

May i know where to get it repaired? Swee Lee Service and repair or other places that you guys know and recommend me please?

I'm sorry to hear your plight bro..

If the pedal is still within the warranty period, bring the receipt along to Swee Lee and see if they can get the replacement parts.

If not, U can browse Tama Drums official website to dload the official part number and get swee lee to order for you..

IDK bout tama... but yesterday when i accoompanied alvyn to buy his pearl elims, the salesperson say that swee lee only covers manufacturing warranty/electrical components.

so since the pearl elims has no electrical components, it stands as it is.. which means it doesn't have any warranty...

yeah what u could do is go down to swee lee repair center and ask them if they have the spares for ur broken item.. if they don't have it, den my bet is to email tama for the item... Tama customer service is AWESOME and yeah they sometimes would deliver the broken items for free right to your doorstep.. no need go through swee lee and all...
