Where to get Microphone Mount Adapter

I am new here. Sorry if i post at wrong place.
I got a problem with my gear and I need your help.
Anybody knows where I can buy this microphone adapter at KL or Singapore or anyone of u have this one unused.

Because microphone threaded holders and the stand are in different size so I really need it to mount my condenser microphone to the mic stand.
Looking around for a weeks but couldn't get it.
