Where to get high end classical guitar in SG?

My budget is around 3 - 4K max. I need a very high end classical guitar that offers very nice action/playability and tone. I only know peninsula plaza got some guitar shop but they dont carry that high end classical nylon guitar. Any pointers appreciated.
