I like to just download a midi song and then use noteworthy composer or some other midi software to disect the thing. then very easy to see somemore no need to pay money =p

i always think it's damn cool to transcribe stuff by ear,
but then, it's very time consuming.

maybe u can try looking at guitar pro files using tux guitar
most guitar pro files have the piano part.
but the only prob is the printing.
since it's split to left hand and right hand, when u print u'll get the left hand parts in 1 score and the right hand parts in another.

You could actually honour the composers you like by buying the official sheet music rather than treading the line with breaking copyright laws.
