Where to find a HUGE range or thumbpicks?

Hey guys, does anyone know where i can find a large range of thumbpicks? i'm trying to fit one nicely into my huge thumb thanks!

use a lighter to gently heat it and expand the ring.

huh? how? wont the plastic like melt? besides after it expands and cools it'll still go back to its original size

Gently heat it could help. Never thought of that. Really slowly and carefully heat it and move it about so it get's that much bigger for you fit.

I want a thumbpick that's tighter! I also want a thumbpick that has less pick, so it's like I'm holding a regular one while I'm wearing it.

Any ideas?

ic, u can file the edge down.. i know the jim dunlop ones have a very long pick, just file it down =) that's what i did. i'm using a tommy emmanuel pick but it's a little too tight.

well heavynoize, you definitely need something to hold onto the shape before it cools.. otherwise you're doing nothing. Get a pen or something to stuck to the desired size after heating and wait for it to cool. It'll melt if you over do the heating, which is unlikely unless you keep the flame there for more than a reasonable amount of time...

once the plastic becomes soft, you are ready to reshape it. It's how they bend and form your thumbpick anyway..

The irony is that tommy emmanuel doesn't use tommy emmanuel picks.

yea he uses dunlop if i'm not wrong? which are quite good, will go get one sometime when i pass by that lovely area!
