i don't think you can get them here.

Gotoh makes locking keystone kluson tuners too. and theirs is more stock looking than the Tonepros ones (no big locking mechanism in front, their mechanism is internal) great reviews as well. you could order them from Zen Guitars at peninsula, which is the Gotoh dealer here.
