Where to buy pickup magnets?

As the only difference between Duncan Custom series (Custom, Custom Custom, Custom 5) is the magnet used, I'm interested to know where I can buy different magnet types, say, Alnico 2, Alnico 5, or Ceramic here in Singapore? Also which shop could I have the magnets replaced for the pickups, and for about how much? Thanks. :)

I don't think there's a seller in Singapore which stocks those kind of magnets.. unless someone here is winding pickups.. you have to search online and most probably buy from the US

I tried both StewMac and searching on Google. I can only find Alnico 5, but not other magnets. :(

what you need is a copy of the Singtel Commercial Industrial Guide
( aka yellow pages commercial buying guide )

Amazingly, there are at least a dozen magnets sellers in Singapore

but whether they will sell you in the qty you require
and if they have ready sized one ...
you gotta call one by one to check.

And why would you want someone to replace your pick up's magnet? Might as well buy a new pick up of the configuration you want.
You do know that the number of coils also affects the sound right? Not only the magnet....

Exactly. +1.
Scott @ Sound Alchemy does do pickup winding, but it won't be cheap. Might as well get a new set of pickups, it's cheaper and less troublesome.
There's no one in Singapore (AFAIK) who makes pickups. It's a hassle to unwind the pickup (keep in mind you'll definitely snap some of the copper wires) and swap out the magnet, and then rewind. And if you using single coils, you might accidentally wind one RW, assuming you want all to be standard wound.
